I am so happy you stopped by today! I have been wanting to buy a small wreath for months now. BUT I can’t bring myself to spend $20-$50. Yes, I am that cheap. So, I decided to make my own and show you How To Make a Simple Wreath. It takes a little time and patience, but in the end, you will have what you want for very little cost.

Field Trip Friday with Dandelion Patina
Happy Friday and welcome to Field Trip Friday with Dandelion Patina, Today’s field trip is extra special with Michelle from Dandelion Patina. (Isn’t that such a great blog name?) Not only that, but Dandelion Patina is filled with ideas, creativity, and DIY projects that are incredibly beautiful.
A BIG Thank you, Michelle for being here today and sharing your talents with my readers.
Hey there fellow field trippers! I am Michelle and I blog over at Dandelion Patina. I am so happy to be guest posting for Field Trip Friday. Thank you Meegan for having me!
To get this field trip started I would love to give you a brief introduction of myself, what I love, and what you will find on my blog. Again, my name is Michelle. I am a wife of 10+ years. I have two beautiful girls. I adore animals and we have two fur kids of our own. I am an avid DIY’er, repurposer, and crafter. I love spending time on the shores of Lake Michigan, collecting treasures, shopping at antique stores and flea markets.
We are currently updating our traditional two-story home into a beachy farmhouse with an industrial flair. My head is constantly spinning with ideas and some days I feel like I am going in circles. There are days when I feel tasks are unattainable and I will just keep adding to the ‘to do’ list. But, chin up buttercup, it all comes together and I have to laugh at myself that I ever doubted it would.
Ever have those days?
At Dandelion Patina, transformations for the timeless & trendy home, you will find DIY projects, simple crafts, and repurposed home accessories. I love incorporating pieces into my home that are one-of-a-kind and have a story. And I blog to share and inspire others to dig in and give a DIY project a go.
I am also implementing a few new features on the blog this spring: blog of the month, business love, and pampered pets. If you are interested in sharing your stories at Dandelion Patina, I would love to get to know and support you!
I also wanted to share a few of my completed projects with you. I hope they will get those creative juices flowing and inspire you to come up with your own unique style.

Field trippers, I am also a contributing editor at Ella Claire and The Everyday Home. And in recent news, I will be a monthly contributor for Liz at Hoosier Homemade starting April 20th. All 3 of these blogs are fabulous. I am so honored to be part of their blogging community. If you are interested in my monthly contributor projects, they can be found here.
I would love for you to join the DP community! You can also find me on Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I also share my recent projects with the Hometalk community.
Thanks again Meegan for being a fabulous hostess with the mostess! I enjoyed sharing a little piece of Dandelion Patina with your readers.
Have a lovely day! Dream. Wish. Transform. Inspire.
