Welcome! I don’t know about you, but I love to look through antique stores and thrift shops! One of my blogging friends LOVES to do that as well. Donna from Funky Junk Interiors was visiting Las Vegas for the first time, so we had some fun. We spent the morning at the Neon Museum and then headed out to Hoover dam and then for a little shopping in Boulder City, NV. I was excited to show Donna some of my favorite shops. So we went Shopping for Antiques in Boulder City NV.
I had the good fortune of meeting up with two of my favorite bloggers a few weeks ago. Leanne from Organize Your Stuff Now and Donna from Funky Junk Interiors. We hiked in Red Rock Canyon, (Donna posted about our day on her blog) laughed, took pictures, got lost a little, and talked a little bit about blogging. It was fun to get to know them and their personalities.
Donna was here in Vegas for a conference. And she had never been to Las Vegas. That was fun! We were able to show her things here that most tourists don’t get to see.
We had planned on going to the Neon Museum in Las Vegas. BUT the tours were booked and all three of us couldn’t go at the same time. So Donna booked a tour for the both of us for the next day. I was really excited, as I had never even heard of the Neon Museum before. (I know, what kind of resident am I, right?)
I picked Donna up from her hotel and we were on our way…
Can you tell what this pattern is??? It is interlocking Hs for the Las Vegas Hilton. Obviously it is on it’s side, but isn’t is gorgeous?

Happy Saturday everyone! I am happy to talk to you about a fun and delicious experience I had recently. I was so excited to attend my first ever blog conference with SoFab in Southern California. Little did I know that I was going to taste one of the best burgers I have ever had.
