I have been trying to eat better. You know, less carbs, less sugar, more fresh veggies and conscientious of what goes into my mouth. Sometimes that is hard for me. I like to eat what I want. I know, that sounds prideful. BUT, I know in the long run I do feel better and stronger when I take good care of my body and brain.
