When you are planning a party or just trying to create a nice atmosphere in your home-Do you try too hard? Do you put too much thought into it? I know I do. Sometimes I don’t see the simple ways of using my creativity. I thought you might be the same way, so let me show you How To Make a Fresh Fruit Tablescape.
Learning How To Make a Fresh Fruit Tablescape can be used for a simple dinner or a lavish party. You will enjoy creating something new and fresh for each event.
Your family and friends will be SO impressed.
This is what I used as a base for my tablescape…
some fresh fruit (I have used apples and grapes, but you can use whatever you have in the frig.)
a few sprigs of greenery cuttings
flowers
platter
a cake pedestal
cloth napkins
silverware
place settings
Wouldn’t it be fun to set it up on a coffee table for a casual setting? I thought it would be fun to throw some pillows down. Our menu could include a warm bowl of chili or a hot bowl of soup. Maybe some homemade rolls, and a lemon cream pie for dessert. Nothing fancy, except creating an evening to remember. Maybe even a candle or two. It could be romantic or just a fun way to eat dinner and watch TV.
Doesn’t that sound fun?
I gathered my components together. I started off with my faux white hydrangeas and some greenery.
My next step was to create a base. Placing the green apples, green grapes and greenery sprigs on a thrifted platter was a great way to start. I wasn’t very specific about where I laid the greenery. Laying it around the apples and grapes was all I wanted.
Using my white dishes and napkins I was able to create more layers to the tablescape.
Colorful Fuji apples are sitting on a small cake pedestal for height and dimension. Placing the grapes around the apples were a perfect way to bring balance and texture to the table, as well.
Use your own imagination. Maybe you like oranges, (like I did here) strawberries, plums, or mangoes. It is up to you. You can use this as a guideline to help your creative juices flow.
I hope you enjoyed learning How To Make a Fresh Fruit Tablescape.
Have a wonderful day!
