Like I have told you before I like fashion, trends and style, even though I am in my mid-fifties. I think it sis fun to add a little pizzazz to my wardrobe without trying to look like I am in my 20s or even 30s.

It’s Monday!! Gotta love a Monday!! I’ve got the Monday Blues!! But, the best kind of blues. Come on and let’s see what is making me so blue…
This vanity and blue mirror are just the right touch for this bedroom. With the blue walls and the white curtains, everything blends well. Did you notice the walls and 2 furniture pieces are all different blues?? Love it!!
This buffet is so gorgeous as a wedding cake display. The added pillows and turquoise drapes are so romantic. The pink is such a beautiful balance. What a lovely touch for a vintage wedding.
How can you resist this vintage shelf with the wall paper in the back? The white bottles add contrast, along with the gold birdies. Cute stuff!!
Okay, I could have this, couldn’t you?? The white walls and the windows and empty frames are so me!! Again, 3 different blues on the 2 chairs and the table. I think I need this for sure!!
And, don’t these vintage blue pots make you feel Spring? Should we make some of these??

Oh my, oh my!! I started The Monday Blues last week and I am SO excited to share so much more blue with you!! I received several emails and blues-this is going to be SO much fun!!
Gotta love me some BLUE!!
First off, this blue is from Rhea at SaltAire Restoration. You can visit Rhea on her Facebook page, too.
Rhea’s husband calls it a Key West-Cottage look. This was originally a vintage piece that need a face lift. He replaced the bottom by adding the bun feet and then distressed it. This one happened to remind him of a home he saw while in Key West. The home was trimmed in the blue and the boards on the house looked like the sides of the table.

Leslie says: Here’s my favorite piece in my home, It was a wedding gift from my good friend Bonnie. It says “Christ is the center of our Home” it hangs right above our piano.
