Hello everyone! It is so good to have you here. This week has been a little slow for me. But, I am doing well and happy to be here on my blog. Especially to show you my Vintage Mirror With Gold Tint.
I received this mirror shortly after my grandfather passed away. It hung in my grandparents bedroom along with their bedroom furniture as long as I can remember.
The frame of the mirror was a dull gold, coppery color. A little boring and “heavy” looking.
About 5 years ago, when I was trying to lighten up our small condo, I painted the frame of the mirror Turquoise Mist from Olympic Paint. It has been that way ever since.
I love the ornate details. But I felt you couldn’t really see them. It was okay, but not what I pictured in my mind. I didn’t know what to do until I saw Fusion Mineral Paint Gold Tint.
Fusion Mineral Paint Gold Tint was exactly what I needed to highlight those ornate and flowery details.
Now I could see that pretty ornate detailing with no problem at all. It was just what I wanted and more.
Creating a Vintage Mirror With Gold Tint was really easy and so much fun. It now looks as it should. You may also want to see my $10 Thrift Store Table Makeover that I shared earlier this week. It was a great deal and is perfect in our breakfast nook.
Be sure to come back Sunday evening for a REALLY fun Fall inspiration Party. There will be 50+ bloggers sharing their best and most creative Fall ideas.
So, we will see you then, right?
Thanks for joining me today and letting me share my Vintage Mirror With Gold Tint today.
Have a wonderful day!
