Welcome to my home. I live in a tiny condo with my Hubby. It hasn’t always been that way. Now all 7 of our children are grown with families of their own.
Even though our place is small we do our best to make our home inviting for our guests and visitors.
Most times of the year we have a wreath on our front door. This is a sign that we love and care about our home. No matter where we live.
This happens to be a moss wreath I made.
I love spheres of any kind. Whether they have glitter, are made of sticks or even a pine cone.
A seasonal sign is always a welcoming sight on any size porch, don’t you think?
I thought it would be fun to set out my Grandpa’s roller skates. I know most people set out a pair of ice skates for Winter or Christmas, but I couldn’t resist using Grandpa’s skates for my Christmas porch.
I found my chair for $4 and painted it red. Doesn’t the wire basket look awesome with my spheres?
And the globe lights! They are a huge hit in my home this year. I have found about 5 different places I want to use them.
But for now they will highlight my empty topiary as Winter sets in.
No matter how large or small, you can create your porch into a welcoming entry to your home.
Take time to visit each of my friends as they share their ideas for an inviting Christmas home.
Enjoy the rest of the Welcome Home Christmas Tour all this week.
