It has been really crazy around our home the past week. BUT, today, I am excited to show you my Tea Cup Decorated Christmas Tree.

The blue lover in me couldn’t resist making a Tea Cup Decorated Christmas Tree. AND, now it happens to be one of my favorite trees.

Before we get started on that…My fellow bloggers and I got together to share A Very Merry Christmas Home Tour for you THIS week. At the end of this post, you will have a chance to look through some beautiful home tours for this Christmas season.

Now let me show you my Tea Cup Decorated Christmas Tree.

It all started when I added tea cups to my tree. Christmas Tree with Tea Cups

I found tea cups at the thrift store and used a wired ribbon to attach them to my tree branches. I like this idea, don’t you?

What if I added blue ornaments and iridescent tinsel to the tea cup?

Feather & Tea Cup Christmas Tree

I was on a roll. Blue ornaments, iridescent tinsel, and a few silver feathers was exactly what I wanted. I wanted to take it a step further.

Feather Christmas Tree

I bought a feather boa from Amazon. Once it arrived, I cut it into 6 inch-12 inch pieces.

I LOVE the feathers. They look like soft fallen snow.

To top off the tree I added a 10 inch crystallized wreath. Doesn’t it look fabulous with the feathers?

Can I just tell you I had SO much fun creating a Tea Cup Decorated Christmas Tree? It was fun to use my creativity and see what came of it.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. Creating a Tea Cup Decorated Christmas Tree was just what my creative juices needed.

I absolutely love the colors on your tree! And I love the idea of the tea cups and feathers on the tree – I never would have thought of that but when I see it all together it’s perfect!
