While I was in Oregon this past March, I stayed with our youngest daughter.  I woke up every morning to a Delicious Spinach Banana Almond Milk Smoothie sitting on my nightstand.  How sweet is she??? I have been addicted ever since!!  I think you will be too…

Spinach Banana Almond Milk Smoothie and a Google+ Hop

The recipe is this:

{Spinach Banana Almond Milk Smoothie}

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana

1 1/2 handfuls of fresh spinach

2 cups almond milk-60 calories per serving.  (You can use less calories per serving, but you may lose some flavor.)

Blend together until creamy and smooth.

Pour into cold glass, add a straw (just for fun)

Drink it as part of your breakfast.
