With some vintage family pieces and a few thrifted finds the dining room table is ready for Christmas in the cottage apartment.

I am actually going to make this series into to 4 or 5 parts. Only because I have so much to share.
I may have mentioned that we have family that lives in Virginia. I have been blessed enough to have visited them several times, now. I love seeing the grand-babies and exploring while I am there. Everything from historical monuments, gardens, cemeteries, plus lots of antique stores and beautiful restaurants.
Yes, part one, because there is SO much to see. I literally could spend hours upon hours there. And I think you could, too.
It’s always a treat when I can find a piece of furniture at a steal of a deal. It makes my heart skip a beat, without a doubt. Especially when I can spy something in the dumpster! I know, I am THAT person. You can read about how I found this amazing chair (pictured below) here.
