Pineapple Pecan Coffee Cake with Caramel Glaze

When you find a recipe that’s at least fifty years old, why not try it and maybe even improve upon it, right? My grandma’s coffee cake is one of those recipes for me. Today I am sharing my version of her Pineapple Pecan Coffee Cake with Caramel Glaze.

And I must say, it turned out much better than I could have imagined.

From the crushed pineapple and the freshly made caramel glaze, it is heavenly.

Oh! And did I mention this deliciousness is made from scratch? Yep! It doesn’t get much better than that, does it!

I am really blessed to have a friend that gave me this amazing chandelier as a gift.

When Christmas season comes around I can hardly wait to get it ready for my visitors and parties. But I don’t have a lot of time with all the baking, shopping and gift wrapping. This is the perfect solution. And you probably already have everything in your Christmas decoration stash.
