Simple and Easy Faux Berry Vine Centerpiece

October 14, 2019 By Meegan 2 Comments

It’s is good to have you here today. I have been gone for 3 weeks in Virginia. I went to antique shop after antique shop, visited grand babies, and even saw leaves changing colors. It was so much fun to be around family that I don’t get to see very often.

Today I am excited to show you how to make your very own Simple and Easy Faux Berry Vine Centerpiece.

It only takes four components. And could NOT be any easier.

Last Fall, I made this centerpiece for a church party. I got so many compliments on it. It almost made me laugh because to me it was just a quick fix for a need.  But after re-looking at it, I really liked it.

I thought you might like to how to make your own Simple and Easy Faux Berry Vine Centerpiece, too.

Are you ready? Well, then let’s get to it…

What you will need:

1 faux wired berry vine garland, approximately 3 feet long

tiny pine cones and/or sugar berries

1 wide mouth jar or vase

First off, carefully fold your faux berry vine, into quarters. Try not to break any of the berries off. But if you do, that is an easy fix. Simply leave them off, or hot glue them back on.

Set your berry vine aside.

Place small pine cones or sugar berries in the bottom of your jar or vase. I like using mason jars as vases, so I chose a blue vintage jar that was a thrifted find. Fill the jar up as much as you want. I like mine with just a few.

Once you have your vine into quarters, place one end of the vine into your jar. Once again, be careful not to break any berries off.

“Spread out” the berries to make a fuller top. I like how the berries look with the natural curves and twists of the wire. Having them as tall or reaching high is my style. So that’s what I did without losing a natural look.

Now wasn’t that easy? No gluing, or cutting, easy peasy.

I like how the Simple and Easy Faux Berry Vine Centerpiece is almost abstract. You could make yours more even twisted or even a straighter and more precise.

You could also add, flowers, fairy lights or feathers, if you wanted to elevate this look.

Thanks for joining me today and letting me show you a Simple and easy Simple and Easy Faux Berry Vine Centerpiece. If you want to see more Fall decor ideas, visit my Pinterest Fall boards:

This does seem like an easy to make decoration, Meegan! I just picked up a fall berry bunch and may look at doing something similar. Thank you for the idea and little tutorial!!

    Happy fall hugs,
    Barb :)
