Happy Wednesday! It’s a busy Wednesday here at What Meegan Makes. It’s time for the recipe for a Delicious Spinach Banana Almond Milk Smoothie and a Google+ Hop! How fun is that???
While I was in Oregon this past March, I stayed with our youngest daughter. I woke up every morning to a Delicious Spinach Banana Almond Milk Smoothie sitting on my nightstand. How sweet is she??? I have been addicted ever since!! I think you will be too…
The recipe is this:
{Spinach Banana Almond Milk Smoothie}
Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana
1 1/2 handfuls of fresh spinach
2 cups almond milk-60 calories per serving. (You can use less calories per serving, but you may lose some flavor.)
Blend together until creamy and smooth.
Pour into cold glass, add a straw (just for fun)
Drink it as part of your breakfast.
It’s REALLY that good!!

Hi Meegan: I saw your shake over on Instagram (can’t remember how I follow you or know you…!) and the coincidence was just too great not to share. I just did a post on Healthy Shakes, and even made a video to go with it. Thought you might enjoy. They are similar, in using the almond milk. Never thought I would like it, but oh, it’s SO good!
And P.S. I love that stenciled table. Yes, I must try a stencil one of these days…
