I was having friends over and wanted to make my table a little extra special. Starting with some groceries and greenery, I was able to create a Eucalyptus, Fruit and Vegetable Tablescape.

Reaching into my refrigerator, I pulled out fresh fruits and vegetables to start this new look in my cottage apartment.

Thrifty String Art Made with Embroidery Hoops

I have been working on a small project to add some texture and personality to my apartment. My Thrifty String Art Made with Embroidery Hoops was fun to make while I binged on TV shows all weekend.

I have been eyeing pieces like this at Hobby Lobby, Michael’s and World Market. I KNEW I could make my own for a fraction of the cost.

Apothecary Jar Sea Shell Collection

My Apothecary Jar Sea Shell Collection is a new piece in my new apartment. Actually I have lived here since March, but it still feels new to me.

Not only is it a new piece, but I found it for a steal of a deal!

DIY Sea Shell Monogram Tutorial

It’s been a hot minute since I have done a DIY project. I wanted something new for my new apartment front door to welcome guests. So, being the frugal woman that I am, I used what I had and made my own DIY Sea Shell Monogram Tutorial.

It was fairly easy and took me just under two hours to create.

This is part of the AT Home DIY Challenges for each month. July includes creating any DIY project in two hours time. This doesn’t include drying time. But actual work on the project.
