Easy and Simple Eucalyptus Garland

October 11, 2019 By Meegan 8 Comments

I like eucalyptus leaves for decorating all year long. Recently I created a tablescape with $1 bouquets of fresh eucalyptus with fresh fruits and veggies. Since I just love eucalyptus, I couldn’t resist making an Easy and Simple Eucalyptus Garland, too.

This  Easy and Simple Eucalyptus Garland takes three components and a short amount off time. That’s my kind of craft. Perfect for a casual day of crafting and relaxation.

What you will need to make an Easy and Simple Eucalyptus Garland:

fresh eucalyptus stems (You could also use dried stems and leaves if that’s what you have on hand.)

5-6 yards non-stretch string

sharp scissors

Optional:

hot glue gun

hot glue sticks

Find the center of your non-stretch string.

Tie the eucalyptus stems with the string, using a square knot.

If it isn’t as tight as you would like add a drop of hot glue.

To create a variety of looks, add some eucalyptus berries or any type of flower that fits your style or taste.

Tie more stems on either side of your string to make it as full or as simplistic as you want.

You could also add pine cones, feathers, other types of leaves, etc… like I did here. Let your creative juices take over.

This would also look darling at a rustic style baby or bridal shower, reception, hanging on your front porch or on a mantel like I have here. There are so many options!
