Happy Wednesday.  Life is good. And, I hope you feel the same today, too!

I am happy to be sharing one of our all-time favorite meals today.  Do I say that every time?  Well, I mean it every time! I guess we just like food.  My garlic broccoli and shrimp skillet meal is quick, easy and only has 4 ingredients!  How much easier can it be??

My Lemon Truffle Chocolate Cake

I want to say it must have been about 25 yrs ago, I was watching Martha, yes THE Martha Stewart. She made a lemon cake with chocolate frosting. It looked so delish and inspired me to make my lemon truffle chocolate cake.  Why do I call it a truffle cake?  Because the flavors remind me of a See’s Candy lemon truffle.
