Beach Style Christmas in July

July 1, 2025 By Meegan Leave a Comment

It’s the ideal day to create a Beach Style Christmas in July tree with a King of Christmas 3 ft King Noble Fir tree. (I was gifted a tree from King of Christmas and all opinions are my own) This was a fun project with a quality product, in my opinion, you will feel the same!

For a fun family tradition, we like to collect seashells everytime we visit the ocean. We TRY to visit the ocean every Summer with our whole family.

Decorating a tabletop Christmas tree with all the collected shells is a way to share our memories.

That’s one real reason it’s nice to have an artificial tree. Each one in our family can contribute to decorating the tree any time of year. Whether they live in Oregon, Hawaii, California or even in Las Vegas (like me), anyone can share a shell, a piece of sea glass or driftwood, a starfish or rock to decorate the tree in a beach style.

The King of Christmas Trees are quality and realistic. Which is so impressive. From the branches, “needles” and burlap covered base, it’s a beautiful tree for any season.

This 3 ft King Noble Fir King of Christmas Tree came carefully packed with a battery pack to light it up, if you wish. It takes 3 D size batteries for an easy on and off button.

I chose to use the electric cord for wall useage. Either way, it’s super easy to control the lights. It’s truly whatever you prefer. Just another thing that makes King of Christmas trees a cut above the rest.

Not only do we decorate our Beach Style Christmas in July tree with shells and other collectables, I really like to collect a small bit of sand from each beach we visit.

I found some small bottles with cork tops to fill with sand and tiny shells. I tied them with cotton string with a loop to hang them on the tree.

Using air dry clay, you can make shell and sea glass ornaments.

Make and an easy garland with wooden beads. And also wrap large sea glass “rocks” with 20 gauge wire for a unique look.

Hot glue some of the shells to wooden skewers to use as “picks” and finally add a starfish to the top of your King of Christmas tree for a traditional look.

The 3 ft tabletop size fits ideal on the 1970s stereo under my mantel in the living room. It’s going to be pretty sitting there all year long. Especially with the lights on in the evening. Such a pretty ambiance for Summertime!

Having received a King of Christmas Tree as a gift has added to our family tradition of collecting ocean treasures-Another way for us to carry on from year to year.

What are YOU going to make to celebrate Christmas in July? I would LOVE to hear YOUR ideas.
