How are you this fine January day? Is it cold where you are? We have been having unusually cold nights. Down to the low 30s every night recently. That IS cold for Las Vegas. I thought it would be fun to adorn our front door with an EASY Framed Winter Wreath to celebrate our cold weather.
I like thrifted frames. They can be found at reasonable prices and the more unique for me the better.
I found this lovely frame for about $2. It was gold when I purchased it.
But, you know me, I had to paint it. This color is called Turquoise Mist from Better Home and Gardens.
While it the paint was still wet, I sanded some of the paint off with a 120 grit paper. I like the bits of gold shining through and the details of the frame, don’t you?
I bought my small frosted wreath at Hobby Lobby last year on clearance after Christmas. It was a dollar. I love when that happens.
To ensure my frosted wreath was in the center of my frame, I added some white yarn (I had left over from my Glittery Christmas tree) as a tie for length. Easy, right?
I am lovin’ my EASY Framed Winter Wreath on our front door right now.
I think you will have fun creating your own EASY Framed Winter Wreath. What color would YOU paint your frame? I am excited to see what your creativity comes up with.
Thanks for stopping by and making my day even brighter.
Make it a lovely day.

Love this, and love that blue color. It’s my absolute favorite right now! Wish we had a covered front porch so I could hang things like this there! I’m pinning! xo Kathleen Charm Bracelet Diva {At Home}
