A Festival of Fall

September 25, 2014 By Meegan Leave a Comment

Welcome to A Festival of Fall!  Fall is officially here.  And you know what that means, right?  It means bloggers are excited and thrilled to share their own Fall crafts, decor, recipes, home tours and DIY projects.

A Festival of Fall

Today is my turn to show you a few of my Fall ideas.  I had so much fun showing you other ideas here, here and here.  Today I am working with 29 bloggers to bring you THE BEST in blogland.

Festival of Fall Blue & White Decor

A Festival of Fall

My goal this year was to bring blue, white, and REAL foliage into my Fall decor.

Botanical prints are some of my fave.  They bring a natural feel to any room.  I made each of these pillows to add the color I wanted and needed for my Fall decor.  You can find the tutorial for the pillow on the far right here.

My blue vintage mason jars are filled with more clippings from outside.  Adding a little orange helped bring in the Fall colors.

My Pottery Barn Knock-off Pumpkin is the balance I needed for this vignette.  (Now you can tell the blue “book” is a block of wood. Sneaky, huh?)

This is a view of the blues , oranges, whites and real foliage I used for my Fall decor.  This is one of my favorite views right now.

A Festival of Fall

As a part of the Festival of Fall and the natural Fall look, I included succulents and a white painted pumpkin on a candlestick.  My vintage window and mirror, and clock are an optimal backdrop.

A jute bow is a simple, yet finished accent.

Our bedroom also needed a few Fall elements.
