You are probably thinking…What is Meegan doing???  No Chocolate for 30 days!!  Is she crazy???

Nope, I am not crazy, just trying to eat better and be healthier.  Starting off by resisting chocolate for the next 30 days is a small a simple way I can achieve that.

No Chocolate for 30 daysDo you want to join me??  You don’t have to sign up or pay any money.  It is just MY invitation for you to join me on my quest of NO chocolate for 30 days.

I thought it would be fun if we did this together.  No pressure, no strings attached.  Just people helping people achieve a personal goal.

So, what do you think??? Can YOU do it??  Can you do no chocolate for 30 days???  I have already gone 3 days without chocolate and I feel good about my decision.

This is supposed to be fun and NOT stressful.  It doesn’t mean I am not eating sugar, just chocolate.  So if I crave a treat, I will have some.  But, in smaller portions.  Make sense???

Leave a comment and let me know if you are with me.  No chocolate for 30 days is my goal.  Woo woo!!  And here I go…

Make it a NO Chocolate for 30 days Saturday!!

I’m in although it’s not really a challenge for me. I have to eat gluten and dairy free so a lot of chocolate is already off limits. Have you ever tried carob chips? Those are my go to when I’m craving chocolate.

It’s a fun challenge for me, Allison. Carob chips sound really good. I need to try them again, I haven’t had them in years. Thanks for the tip :)
