Here we are ONE WEEK from Christmas! Are you ready? Are you having guests over? Do you need a small gift for a special friend or neighbor? Do you need a simple centerpiece for your Christmas table? Try making my Snowflake Trio Topiaries.
*This post was updated October 2025.
This is a fun craft for any home. You could use them altogether or even give them as separate gifts.
This is what you will need:
3 bamboo skewers, cut 3 various lengths
To start with, wrap 3 skewers with the silver pipe cleaners. It takes about 3 pipe cleaners per skewer, depending on the size you want.
Paint my terra cotta pots with the same silver metallic paint.
When they were still a little wet, wipe some of the paint off, for a worn, or used look. (at least, not too new)
Cut the floral foam to fit tightly in the pot.
Then you are ready to add the pipe cleaner wrapped skewer.
The next step was to add the snowflake ornament with hot glue.
To finalize the look, hot glued a little tinsel garland around the base of the pot to cover the floral foam.
It will add a glimmery look.
Aren’t these ideal as a centerpiece, or even as a wintery vignette?
I like the fact that each snowflake is different.
You CAN make them all the same if you wish. BUT, I never like anything exact. So this works for me and my style.
To make these, it takes about an hour to make all three. These Snowflake Trio Topiaries were so fun to create for Holiday decorating, a Winter wedding, a Christmas party or a hostess gift.

It’s fun to create your own ideas and make them how you pictured them, isn’t it?
Make it an amazing day!
