Good morning! It is cold and rainy today. I am making some turkey chili in the slow cooker and have our heater turned up, so it is nice and cozy in our cottage in the desert. It is VERY rare for us to have snow here in Las Vegas. And when we do, it is REALLY beautiful So, since I don’t have REAL snow today, I thought I would show YOU How To Make Cotton Snowballs. Super easy (like most of my crafts) and SUPER gorgeous.
To Make these Cotton Snowballs doesn’t take long and they look great on your coffee table, shelving, bookcase on a candlestick or tied to a gift.

You only need FOUR components to make Cotton Snowballs.
To make my Cotton Snowballs, I used:
gold sequins (with a hole in the middle)

The first step is to add the sequins to the corsage pins.

Next,”spread” out the cotton ball. Be careful not to tear the cotton. Try to keep the cotton ball as fluffy as possible.

Now for the FUN step: Adding the “spread out” cotton balls to the Styrofoam ball.

Do your best to keep the cotton fluffy and full. Just like an actual snowball would be. Also, try to keep the sequin and pin in the center of the cottonball, as well.

Another thing-as well as you can, make sure the sequins aren’t too close or too far apart from each other.

I told you they were easy! AND, you can use any colors that fit your style. Red and green would even look great. AND, my personal favorite color, BLUE.

Don’t they look fabulous with my Yarn Glitter Tree?
If you have been following me awhile, you may also remember a Cotton Ball Christmas Tree that I made a few years ago. I did basically the same concept, but didn’t spread out the cotton balls. Although I could have.

Thanks for letting me show you How To Make Cotton Snowballs. It is always fun to be creative and share what I love to do with you. I hope you are busy getting ready for Christmas and the joy of the season.
Make it a wonderful day.
