I wish I could take full credit for this recipe, BUT, I did find it at a teeny tiny restaurant in Boulder City, Nevada.

I know you all may have your own mashed potato recipe. Probably a family recipe handed down, generation to generation.
I did, too. BUT, once I tried this inspired by Tyler Florence, I have never made any other mashed potato recipe. Yep, it is THAT good.
