Beachy Condo Porch Ideas

July 13, 2015 By Meegan 11 Comments

If you know me at all, you know I LOVE the beach. I love the sand in my toes, the ocean breeze, the smells, the sounds and walking on the pier. On occasion, I have been know to even ride the waves, body surfing. It is such a thrill to be in the water. The ocean is therapeutic for me.

AND, if you have been following me for awhile, you KNOW I don’t live anywhere near the ocean. Since I have been craving it lately, I thought it would be fun to make my own Beachy Condo Porch Ideas.

Beachy Condo Porch

Our porch is tiny so I had to be careful NOT to make it TOO full.

I shopped my house for a few things and love the results…

Simple Summer Porch Ideas

If I want a beachy feel, of course I need sand and shells right? AND sea glass is a must.

Beachy Pillow

My red chair is a mainstay on our front porch. I painted it last Fall and have loved it ever since. It is perfect for any time of year.

Last Fall I made a pillow using a print I found with Online Fabrics. The colors and print remind me of ocean waves. It looks great on my red chair.

Beachy Jute Tea Light

I found two of the jute candle holders at TJMaxx and NEEDED them asap. Usually they are in our master bathroom.

Summer Wreath

I brought out my refreshed Summer wreath for my Beachy Condo Porch Ideas, too. Nothing says Summer like hydrangeas, does it?

Aw, this guy is one of my faves. He usually is in the master bathroom. But, doesn’t he look happy outside?

Ice Water With Blueberries

Have you ever tried fresh blueberries in your ice water? It is SO delish! The berries really don’t flavor the water, but they look beautiful on a hot Summer day. The blueberries are the treat at the end of your glass of water. Yum!

It’s the little things that make all the difference, isn’t it?

And the final touches...I added my flip flops that I bought in Tahiti, and a woven jute rug from Home Goods for that nice beachy feel. They are ideal for the Beachy Condo Porch Ideas.

I hope you have been inspired and got some tips for your own Beachy Condo Porch Ideas.

I love everything beachy also – your porch is wonderful. Love the pillow – it does look like wave in the ocean. Thank you for sharing at Share It One More Time. Cathy

It took me awhile to figure out how to fit it in our living room, as well. I am so glad I did :)
      Have a great weekend.
