Welcome to my Christmas Home Tour 2014. Todays’ post is part of the Home for the Holidays Tour. With 25 inspiring bloggers and lots of talent it is a tour not to be missed.
We love Christmas in our home. I love to decorate with snow globes, nativities, greenery, garland, music boxes, and vintage ornaments.
Welcome to our beach cottage in the city of Las Vegas…
My hubby likes to collect music boxes and snow globes. This is a portion of his collection. His hope is to have enough for each grandbaby to choose one to have of their own. With 22 grandbabies, we still have about 5 more to buy.
Don’t you just love the quilted runner under the snow globes?? It was made by my friend Lani at Simply Fresh Vintage. It has special meaning for me.
The shelves in our kitchen are always filled with seasonal decor.
The Santa and Jesus music box are one of my favorite Christmas pieces.
Even our refrigerator has some Christmas cheer.
You know how much I love blue, bottles, book pages, birdhouses and anything vintage. This area is one of my “happy places” this year.
My elf is actually from the 40s and was one of my grandma’s Christmas pieces. He always has a place in our home at Christmastime.
My sleigh was a gift that I treasure.
The Santa was crocheted by my grandma.
I like to have Christmas vignettes filling our home.
Our guest bathroom gets a little Christmas cheer, too.
Our master bedroom has a little Christmas, too. With vintage ornaments setting atop candlesticks, it adds just the right touch.
The living room not only is home for our Christmas tree, but a vintage ladder above the large window.
Each ornament was hand made for me by my grandma. Lucky me, right???
I am also crushing on the fairy lights woven throughout the ladder.
Our tree is filled with crystals, vintage bulbs, snowflakes, icicles and even my great-grandma’s crystal necklace.
I like to collect Nativity sets. This particular one under our tree, was Hubby’s mother’s set. I am honored to now have it in our home.
Placing it on my vintage shutter adds texture.
Thank you for joining me on my Christmas Home Tour 2014.
It’s a pleasure for me to share things that I treasure and hold dear to my heart. My Christmas decorations are just a few of those things.

Meegan you may be the queen of vignettes! And they are all so pretty and special. I love that you have so many meaningful pieces from your grandmother. I really really love that wooden croquet box (my family is part of the few who actually still play it!) and the birdcage in the bathroom is gorgeous… I have 2 myself and I’d probably have more if they didn’t take up so much room! Thanks so much for joining the tour! xo

Lovely. Getting some ideas for next year. Like the muffin tin. I was going to give away since I never make cupcakes or muffins. Loved the little sweater looking stocking. So much, too cute.
