Whether you live in a lush green area or in a desolate desert, it’s easy and fun to Design Your Own Rock Tower Garden Art.
You can make one or twenty rock towers in your garden or yard for a unique, natural art piece.

As you know, I live in the Las Vegas desert. A lot of homes have a desert landscape. Which usually includes rocks.
Start with large rocks with various shapes. Large, small, mis-shaped, spotted, stripes, dirty, whatever you like. The best thing is that you don’t have to purchase anything!
Use what you have around your home, riverbed and yard.
I love the small rock towers on the large boulder. So creative and unexpected.
Especially with the garden smaller rock towers in the background.
When layering your rocks, they don’t have to be the same size or shape. As you can see the in the above picture. The idea is to keep them balanced. Take your time and be patient. There is no such thing as perfection. if you like it, it IS perfect!
Use your imagination. Make faces with sticks, small rocks, or pine cones. So fun!
Take your time. Try various ways to stack, layer, and balance your rocks or stones. The picture above is just a wonderful example of creativity. Can you believe how well-balanced these large rocks are!
Why not even build rock towers between two trees? These are probably my favorite.
Like I have said, leave it up to your imagination, creativity, and style. You may only want one tower tucked among your flower or vegetable garden, one to welcome friends and neighbors by your mailbox, or a whole garden of rock towers as a conversation piece. That’s what’s so fun about it! It’s your choice to Design Your Own Rock Tower Garden Art.

These are so cool Meegan! I love your little rock face but especially the towers between the trees! They add so much interest!
I believe that little rock towers like these are called cairns. On a trail that we often hike, at the endpoint, hikers often make these. They are so neat!

I have never been to the desert, but hope to one day!! This is so cute Meegan… we both rocked it this month ;)
Such a fun and cute idea!!! Meegan, you come up with such fun ideas!!! These rocks make me think of stalagmites in caves and also of the rock piles hikers use so that others know which way a person had gone (good for looking for missing hikers).
