Today I am sharing this delicious and easy Crustless Broccoli Quiche Recipe. It is from scratch and SO flavorful, you will be making it often.

Even though it’s from scratch, it has simple directions. Let’s get started…
Crustless Broccoli Quiche Recipe
Preheat oven at 375*
Ingredients:
5 large organic eggs
3/4 cup organic whole milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup fresh organic broccoli (washed and cut into 1 inch pieces)
1/4 cup chopped yellow onions
1 Tablespoon butter
Directions:
Measure 1/3 cup water in a saucepan.
Toss in cut broccoli and chopped yellow onions. With heat on high, boil broccoli and onions until tender. (My husband likes broccoli very tender-but YOU cook it how YOU like it) About 5-8 minutes.
Whisk eggs, milk, flour, baking soda and spices until well-blended.
Generously grease ALL sides and bottom of a 9 inch GLASS pie plate with 1 tablespoon butter. THIS is very important, as to not have the quiche stick to the pie pan, when serving.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on the bottom of the pie pan, so the bottom is completely covered.
Combine COOLED cooked broccoli and onions with egg mixture.
Then sift the dry ingredients on top of the egg and milk mixture, a little bit at a time. Whisk well, so there aren’t lumps.
Carefully pour egg mixture into pie plate.
Sprinkle top with grated sharp grated cheese. As not to spill, carefully place on the middle oven rack.
Bake for 16-25 minutes, or until eggs are cooked completely. Sometimes it will take less time to be cooked completely. I checked mine at 15 minutes-it wasn’t quite done. After 2 MORE minutes the quiche was finished. Your oven might heat higher or lower than mine.

Look at the golden top. And the bubbly cheese. Picture perfect and yummy goodness!

This Crustless Broccoli Quiche Recipe is easy and delicious as a full meal. Pair it with fruit or avocado for breakfast or a fresh green salad for dinner. Ideal for a dinner party or Sunday brunch. You can also drizzle sriracha or cholula sauce for a spicy flavor.
As you can tell, it is versatile for a simple meal or as a unique side-dish. I hope you enjoy the Crustless Broccoli Quiche Recipe, from scratch as much as we do. (The leftovers are just as good!) Enjoy!
