Good Morning and Happy Monday to everyone! I have had a lot of creative time to work on my Summer Condo Balcony Makeover. As I shopped, I could visually see how this was all going to come together.
Since I had been looking at ideas for an outdoor space, my mind was reeling with ideas. Even though our space is only 6’x9′, I KNEW I could create a one of a kind space for us.
Creating a Summer Condo Balcony Makeover has been my goal for the past 2 weeks. I am exited to share the transformation with you.
Here is my “before” picture. Ugh! I was attempting to add a little pizzazz and comfort, but I had a long way to go….
I recovered the seat cover with a botanical fabric. Because I like this print so much, I had pillows made out of it.
With plants, a silver shell tea light holder , and a lantern, I gave it more of my touch.
Sea glass and vintage bottles added some color and style. Check out my PB Knock-off Sea Glass Filled Bowl here.
I LOVE my handmade moss wreath. Hanging it on a storage door was the ideal spot.
My new rug was a Ross find. The print and colors were just what I was looking for.
My silver shell tea light candle holders add ambiance to our outdoor space.
Using REAL abalone shells and my grandma’s vintage plant stand, I created my very own look.
Hanging tiny paper lanterns on the railing was a small creative way to add evening lighting on our Summer balcony.
You always need something classic to read, right? So I chose Sense and Sensibility, and a Pottery Barn catalog.
For something refreshing to drink, I slice lemons and add frozen raspberries to ice cold water. SO yummy and delish on a warm evening.
See how much you can add to a 6’x9′ space and call it your own???
Our Summer Condo Balcony Makeover is a fresh way to use and utilize our outdoor space. You see, no matter how small, you can STILL create a comfortable space for yourself.
What small space to YOU want to work on in your own home?
Thanks for joining me today and letting me share what I love to do.

Love this! Very inviting and comfy! Such a nice place to relax and I love how you set up all your corners with cute, interest things. Makes your mind wander off to other places. Can’t wait to see it in person. By the way, my little enclosed porch is 6.5 x 12 so it’s not too much bigger but I sure did “cram” a lot of furniture into it.
