Welcome to What Meegan Makes today. It is always a treat to have you here. Especially when I get to share a family favorite recipe like EASY Crock Pot Chicken Nachos.Easy Crock Pot Chicken Nachos

This recipe is SO easy and with only a few ingredients. PLUS it is REALLY delicious.

Crock Pot Chicken Nachos

(EASY) Crock Pot Chicken Nachos

Ingredients needed:

3 chicken breasts, frozen or thawed

1 large jar salsa (preferably HOT-it gives the chicken so much more flavor)

1/2 cup to 3/4 cup sour cream

Tortilla chips

Toppings:

cheese, homemade salsa, olives, tomatoes, lettuce,

cilantro, jalapenos, guacamole, lime or lemon

In the crock pot add:

Chicken breasts

1 whole jar salsa

Cook on low for 4 1/2 hours

Shred chicken and add the 1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream (add to your own taste)

That’s it!  You are ready to serve your scrumptious Chicken Nachos.

We LOVE  lime squeezed over our nachos  Although lemon is pretty good, too.

This is great for a crowd and ideal for a “Nacho Bar”

I make this pretty much once every few weeks. The Crock Pot Chicken Nachos meat also is ideal for when making tacos on Taco Tuesday or for taquitos or even a chicken pasta casserole.  PLUS, it freezes really well.

Easy Crock Pot Chicken Nachos

EASY Crock Pot Chicken Nachos is the way to go for a party, small gathering and any time of year. I am sure it will be in your recipe file for many years to come.
