Fresh Broccoli Salad Recipe

Yum! I love me some broccoli. Do you? I like it steamed, in salads, or roasted in olive oil and sea salt. This Fresh Broccoli Salad Recipe is SO delicious. With All the flavors from the red onion, crisp bacon and the sweet dressing, it is a great addition to any meal.
Fresh Broccoli Salad With Homemade Dressing From Scratch

Oh, and did I mention the dressing is made from scratch? Yum!

Fresh Broccoli Salad Recipe

Ingredients

3-spears of broccoli, cut into bite size pieces

1/2 pound cooked bacon, crumbled (You could also use bacon bits bought in a bottle)

1/2 cup-sunflower seeds (salted or unsalted)

1/2 of a red onion, chopped

1/2 cup dried cranberries

Combine in a large salad bowl-with room enough to stir.

Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons Vinegar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Mix these 3 ingredients together in a small bowl.

Gently fold in the sweet mayonnaise dressing.

    Broccoli Salad is one of our family favorites. It’s the most requested side during summer. Love adding cranberries to it too!
