Oh, you guys! I want to share with you my new Summer addiction. A Fresh Fruit Salad with Sweetened Condensed Milk Dressing.
The ingredients are fresh and simple along with the sweet dressing is the “icing on the cake”. Definitely a recipe for your file and one to pin on your Pinterest Boards.
Fresh Fruit Salad with Sweetened Condensed Milk Dressing
Your choice of fresh fruits, cut into bite size pieces.

Strawberries
Blueberries
Blackberries
Kiwi
Cantaloupe
Granny Smith Apples
My toppings are:
organic shredded coconut
organic granola
sweetened condensed milk dressing
My recipe for the sweetened condensed milk dressing is SUPER easy and…oh, so delicious.
The ingredients are:
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sour cream
Combine until smooth, without lumps. You can put this in a squeeze bottle or spoon it over the fruit. Your choice and either one works well.
You can also add a dash of nutmeg for a little spice. (This is how I like to make it.) But it tastes just as delish without. (That is how my hubby prefers it.)
This Fresh Fruit Salad with Sweetened Condensed Milk Dressing is similar to the Central and South American Bionicos, but with different fruits and toppings. I will be sharing THAT recipe sometime next week.
