How To Make a Pennant from a Mini Charm Pack

June 4, 2015 By Meegan 6 Comments

Well hello everyone. Is school out where you are? Today is the last day for the kiddos around here. And so Summer activities and decorating begins.

Do you decorate for Summer? I like to “lighten up our home with pastels , shells and softer looking accessories.

Today I was to show you one way I have done that very thing with my tutorial on How To Make a Pennant from a Mini Charm Pack.

Summer Mountain Meadow Wreath

You may have seen my pennant a few days ago on the Welcome Home Summer Tour. Now I want to show you how to make your own.

How To Make a Pennant from a Mini Charm Pack…

Do you know what a Mini Charm Pack is? Or Moda Candy? If you are a quilter, you will know right offf the bat. I had to call my friend Camille from Thimble Blossoms to ask her. (You like how I dropped her name? I did only because I REALLY know her. REALLY, I do.)

I didn’t know what it was called, BUT, I did know I liked the size of the fabric. It was ideal for my DIY Summer Pennant.

How To Make a Pennant in 3 Easy Steps

FIRST-Gather your components.

SECOND-Cut your squares by folding them and cutting a triangle off. (As in picture #2)

THIRD-Hot glue your fabric to the jute spacing each square evenly.

Now you have the perfect addition to your Summer decorating with the instructions on How To Make a Pennant from a Mini Charm Pack . It is fresh and fun-just like Summer.

AND, save your tiny leftover triangle for a mini pennant for another space in your home or even outdoors.

How To Make a Pennant from a Mini Charm Pack is oh, so easy peasy. I am excited to make a few more to hang on my door and even out on our balcony.

It is always a pleasure to have you stop by my blog. If you are new, WELCOME! If you visit me everyday-I kindly thank you for doing so, I am a blessed woman.
