Recently we had very busy days with our family. It was really fun having almost all of them here. Maybe next time we will have ALL of them here. Even though the time went too fast and some of our kids were not here, I can still choose to be happy. I can choose to enjoy the kids and grand kids that ARE here. For the most part, I AM a happy person. I can’t say that was always the case. But as I have gotten older, as I have experienced more in my life, I realize I have so much to be happy about. My “I Think I will Be Happy Today” Free Printable defines my life perfectly.

Do I disappoint myself and others? Of course I do. Using a happy, positive attitude I can look to days filled with love and contentment.

So let me ask you. Are you happy? Do you keep yourself from happiness? You shouldn’t. I hear too many moms and/or women say they feel guilty. They feel guilty because they spend money on themselves, have a “girl’s night”, or that they don’t make dinner every night. The list goes on and on.

Instead of using your energy to feel guilty. Why don’t you use it to be happy. Your mind will think more clearly. Your body will feel more alive and you will have a smile on your face. I promise.
