Thrifted Mirror Gallery Painted with Homemade Chalk Paint
There is a space in my cottage apartment that needs some help. The large wall in the living/dining area has always been a quandary for me since the day I moved in. With a little TLC, ingenuity and and very little money-I was able to design a Thrifted Mirror Gallery Painted with Homemade Chalk Paint and NOW I love it.
With thrifted mirrors, nailed and scattered across the wall, I knew there was a way to make a beautiful space. But I was stumped…As you can see in the picture below.
Before I go on, I wanted to let you know that this post is organized as part of The Thrifty Style Team hosted by Julie at Redhead Can Decorate.
Easy DIY String Fringe Tutorial
Well, well! We finally moved into our new place almost two weeks ago. But, time has flown by me without even a blink. The day after we moved in, I was HIT by the flu. I mean, it rocked my boat. Feverish, nausea, sleeping continually. I haven’t been that sick in years. It took me about ten days before I could even walk outside to see our new surroundings. Whew! I am glad my husband didn’t get it, and I hope you don’t get it either! But, while I was lying around, I thought about decorating our new home. I thought about the style I want to create, the colors and crafts to make our home fresh. One thing that I did was to make an Easy DIY String Fringe Tutorial.
I could see it i my mind before I even made it. I knew I had the string and all I would need would be a few other components to make an Easy DIY String Fringe Tutorial.
It is really simple and super easy to make. You can use it for party decorations, Boho style decor, adding some flair to your vintage pieces or even as a garland for a mantel.
How To Make a Faux Pumpkin Centerpiece
When the seasons change, I like to make a special centerpiece for the breakfast nook table. Something that is unique and one of a kind. I thought you might want to learn How To Make a Faux Pumpkin Centerpiece for your Fall decorating, too.
The fun thing about this type of centerpiece is that you choose colors specific to your home. AND it doesn’t get old and die after a few days. Love it!
