{Meegan’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Treats}
Ingredients:
1 12 oz package semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 bag mini marshmallows
Melt chocolate chips in microwave 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each increment of 15 seconds, until melted and smooth. Be careful not to over cook them, as the chocolate chips will turn into a chocolate crumbly mess and you can’t use them.
Once the chocolate chips are melted, fold in the peanut butter.
When you have a smooth, creamy texture fold in marshmallows until well coated.
Pour onto wax paper to cool, or into cupcake cups for serving guests.
How easy is that?? Easy Peasy, right? Comfort food at it’s best! Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Treats.
This recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow treats is easy and so good for a crowd. I mean, who doesn’t like peanut butter and chocolate together, right?

I notice that peanut butter is very popular in the US and used in a lot of recipes. I love to eat it on toast, but have never baked with it. This Aussie is going to start trying a few of these delicious looking recipes… starting with this one. Thanks Meegan. K xx
