Ingredients:

1 12 oz package semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

1 bag mini marshmallows

Melt chocolate chips in microwave 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each increment of 15 seconds, until melted and smooth.  Be careful not to over cook them, as the chocolate chips will turn into a chocolate crumbly mess and you can’t use them.

Once the chocolate chips are melted,  fold in the peanut butter.

When you have a smooth, creamy texture fold in marshmallows until well coated.

Pour onto wax paper to cool, or into cupcake cups for serving guests.

I notice that peanut butter is very popular in the US and used in a lot of recipes. I love to eat it on toast, but have never baked with it. This Aussie is going to start trying a few of these delicious looking recipes… starting with this one. Thanks Meegan. K xx
