Sometimes I just want a couple of cookies. Not a WHOLE batch of cookies. You know, like for a late night snack or when company drops by. So, I went in my kitchen and created a Recipe For One Dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies.
It took me a few tries to get it right. And, once I did, they are now addicting.
These cookies are soft, crunchy on the edges and perfect for dunking into a cold glass of milk.
I like this concept because I can bake a dozen cookies within a few minutes. Or make the dough ahead of time and freeze it. Then when friends stop by, my neighbor needs a “pick-me-up”, OR I just want some comfort food-my chocolate chip cookie recipe is ready to go.
