Savory Spicy and Sweet Cream Cheese Dip

January 13, 2021 By Meegan 2 Comments

For a quick snack, or friends stop by and you want to serve them a bite to eat-This Savory Spicy and Sweet Cream Cheese Dip is just what you need.

The BEST dip recipe for you to make in a flash.

Your friends and family will be asking for more…

Savory Spicy and Sweet Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

2 bunches of cilantro, remove leaves and chop fine

1 jalapeno, finely chopped

1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup of dried cranberries, chopped

1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil

2-3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

granulated sugar to taste

1-8 oz package cream cheese

Rinse and dry all fresh veggies. Except for the dried cranberries.

Using a sharp knife, chop veggies and dried cranberries into small chopped pieces.

Pour veggie mixture into a bowl, slowly adding olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sugar.

Mix until all fluids and veggies are completely combined and sugar is dissolved without granules.

Spread cream cheese on a 9-10 inch serving plate. Pour veggie and sweet balsamic mixture over cream cheese evenly.

You can easily make this ahead of time. Cover with plastic wrap, kept in a refrigerator and serve within 3-12 hours. The longer it sits the better the flavors infuse together.

Serve with fresh carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers or your favorite cracker.

This will become a party or snack favorite, without a doubt!

Make it a wonderful day, my friends and happy snacking!

What an interesting combination of flavors. I can just imagine how quickly this bit of yumminess disappears.
