Honey Thyme Roasted Carrots Recipe

Is there one recipe that your family asks for during the Holidays? Our family loves honey thyme roasted carrots recipe any time of year. With just a few simple ingredients and very little time-you can make this side dish. Not only that…It will fast become a family favorite recipe.

The Honey Thyme Roasted Carrots Recipe are sweet, not too crisp and filled with flavor.  You are gonna love  this tried and true recipe.

{Meegan’s Honey Thyme Roasted Carrots}

Heat oven to 350*

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh carrots, washed and ends cut off

2 Tablespoons honey

2 Tablespoons olive oil

6 Fresh thyme sprigs

coarse salt and pepper

Mix honey and oil together.

Spread carrots on baking sheet.

Drizzle honey/oil mixture over carrots, coating all of  the carrots.

Place springs on top of carrots, making sure each carrot has a thyme sprig on it.

Season with coarse salt and pepper.

Roast for 10 minutes, turn carrots, roast for another 10 minutes.

Honey Thyme Roasted Carrots Recipe is delicious with fried chicken, roasted turkey, and even as a meal with a fresh salad.

Honey Thyme Roasted Carrots Recipe is also great for a picnic treat.  They taste just as delicious cold.

We also like to use this recipe at Thanksgiving. It really is a great side dish, without too much work.
