Hobby Lobby Knock-off Frames Are an easy way to make a Mother’s day gift. You need a frame, a brooch and some good glue. Easy and creative.
Create a List of Traits You Love About Mom My favorite way is to list them on a popsicle stick and place them in a peat pot. Tie it with a silk ribbon, add a tag and you are set.
Create a Memory Jar filled with vintage brooches or shells. An apothecary jar is ideal for this. I KNOW my Mom would love this gift.
Paint and Stencil A Terracotta Pot and Fill it With Flowers. Such a fun and colorful way to give flowers on Mother’s Day. It takes a small amount of time to make this Spring inspired gift.
Make Momma Some New Pillows for Her Living Room and/or Porch Easy peasy! And a great impact for color and variety.
Bake Mom some DELISH Toasted Almond Russian Tea Cakes. Oh so very yummy!

Oh Meegan I adore the List of Traits You Love About Mom idea! My Mom was recently moved to a locked dementia ward and her memory comes and goes depending on the day. I think this would be a great idea for those days when she’s sad, lonely or frustrated to help pick up her spirits and for those non-lucid days to trigger memories. I’m definitely doing this and appreciate the inspiration!
