Chili Cheese Popcorn Recipe

Instead of something sweet around the Holidays, including Halloween, why don’t you try my Chili Cheese Popcorn Recipe?

My Chili Cheese Popcorn Recipe is spicy, salty & cheesy. Freshly grated cheese and warm popcorn, this is a recipe for any time of year and any occasion.

Chili Cheese Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients:

2 bags popped microwave popcorn, pour into a large bowl while warm.

1/4 cup melted real butter

1 Tablespoon chili powder

1 tsp garlic salt

1 cup grated Jack or Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Melt butter in a sauce pan. Stir in spices. Pour over popped corn in a large bowl. Toss until poppcrorn is covered evenly. Sprinkle on to a 9×13 cookie sheet. Top with grated cheese. Bake 5 minutes, or until grated cheese is melted.

This Chili Cheese Popcorn Recipe is easy to make and everyone will love it. It is perfect as an appetizer, movie night and even pour the popcorn in a cellophane bag to give as a gift.

Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks. I feel like I am eating something half way healthy, even it has some sugar and/or cheese on it. (Is that cheating?)
