Today, as part of the Valentines Tour I thought I would share my Valentines Shelves with you.

These shelves are in our kitchen and are a focal point in our home.  Each shelf has meaningful items on it.  I liked using red, white, and a little Tiffany blue for contrast.

Oh my goodness-it is time for “The Best of What Meegan Makes” finale!!  I have had so much fun sharing your favorite posts this week!  It has been a joy to share just a small part of my first year blogging.

The Best of What Meegan Makes 2012

I love (well, kinda) looking back at those first few posts.  The photography was so bad, and the content was sometimes a real stretch , at best.  But through working, supportive friends, great sponsors and incredible followers I have been able to grow my blog and my viewership.  I am a blessed woman.  Thanks so much for your support and help.  I seriously couldn’t have done it without any of you!!

Groom’s Wedding Dinner Decorations And Ideas

I am finally getting a little rest after the wedding this past weekend when our son married the love of his life.  It was a beautiful and happy occasion.

As the groom’s parents it was up to us to provide and host the Groom’s Dinner.  These are just a few pictures from the dinner.

*I do need to preface this post with the fact that I did NOT have a good camera at the time of this dinner. As you can already tell. It is embarrassing to say the least. But, hopefully you can get your creative juices flowing for YOUR own ideas.*
