10 Cookie Recipes Everyone Needs

October 30, 2020 By Meegan Leave a Comment

After baking for over 50 years and for countless family, friends and neighbors, I came up with my personal favorite 10 Cookie Recipes Everyone Needs.

Tried and true cookie recipes that can be baked as Christmas gifts, for entertaining or just for a decadent late night snack.

My own 10 Cookie Recipes Everyone Needs are delicious, homemade from scratch and will become a fast tradition in any home.

I love baking with the freshest ingredients as possible. Organic eggs, real butter, whole milk and homemade icing.

For warm spices and a crisp cookie, try baking my Ginger Snap Cookies from scratch.

For a fun Christmas tradition bake my Christmas Finger Cookies dipped in chocolate.

Oma’s Surprise Cookies are my husband’s family recipe. Each cookie is filled with a maraschino cherry, chocolate chips or Spanish peanuts. Then dipped in colorful homemade icing.

For a delicious treat for two, bake this Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe for one 1 dozen cookies.

Making my Soft Sugar Cookies is so fun because they are asked for and eaten up by my family every Christmas. The icing is amazing made with fresh cream.

Made with real butter, these Raspberry Filled Lemon Cookies were created in my own kitchen.

Toasted Almond Tea Cakes are probably the most requested in our family. From the fresh almonds to the real butter, these whip up quick.

With real heavy cream, fresh pecans and hand picked raspberries, you can’t go wrong with these Raspberry Cream Sandwich Cookies.

When I started making Orange Cream Cheese Cookies with Orange Cream Cheese Frosting almost 40 years ago, I had no idea that they would be the much loved cookie that they are today. The cake-like consistency is light and airy with a hint of fresh orange zest and juice. Decadent for any taste buds.

When you want to bake a lemony cookie, THIS is THE recipe you need. After years of baking, I personally came up with this recipe on my own. I was thrilled when it was highlighted on Pillsbury.com just a short time later. You can find the recipe for your own use here.

After pinning these 10 Cookie Recipes Everyone Needs you probably won’t need another cookie recipe. There is something for every taste bud and flavor palette. I hope you enjoy each and every bite, soon.
