Ten Homemade Recipes Everyone Needs

January 11, 2020 By Meegan 1 Comment

I am always in search of fresh, new recipes. Especially if I can make them from scratch. While searching through my blog I have found Ten Homemade Recipes Everyone Needs. I KNOW you will enjoy each and everyone.

There is everything from sweet, savory, comfort food, healthy and great snacks.

I am all about using real butter, fresh milk, organic eggs, and the freshest fruits and vegetables that I can find. This makes each one of these homemade and from scratch recipes THAT much better.

Right off the bat we need to start with my homemade biscuits from scratch. Always a HUGE hit in our family.

My fresh chicken thighs cooked in homemade tomato sauce and peppers has become one of my “go to” recipes. Great for any week night or a delicious Sunday dinner.

I LOVE asparagus and eggs combined. This crust-less quiche will hit the spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

When I am trying to eat less carbs, my homemade tomato sauce over cauliflower mash is a tasty option. You could add fresh broccoli, zucchini, or even crook-neck squash for more flavor and texture.

Once you have the homemade biscuit recipe down, you have GOT to make this recipe for garlic potatoes and fresh bacon gravy! Oh my! Talk about comfort food…

This fresh broccoli salad with a homemade dressing from scratch is absolutely incredible. Every time-without exaggeration, this is an all-time favorite.

My mom has been making a lime jello and cream cheese salad during the Holidays for as long as I can remember. I must say that I also make it for Easter and Fourth of July celebrations, too. Your family will be asking for this recipe all year long.

One of the first desserts I made just after I got married was this French Silk Pie from scratch. The fresh butter, melted chocolate, real cream and homemade graham cracker crust are a fabulous combination. It’s making my mouth water just writing about it.

While visiting California a few summers ago, I had a fruit salad. I came home and couldn’t help myself by improving the dressing. Now I can not resist making my own Fresh Fruit Salad with a Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk Dressing. Boy, I could NOT stop eating it for the rest of the Summer. It’s definitely a must for any home.

My Ten Homemade Recipes Everyone Needs are something to keep in your recipe file or on your Pinterest boards. Each one is taste tested, tried and true.

Thanks for stopping by. I am always happy to have you here.
